Starting new graduate pay in Fargo/Bismarck?

Published

I am interested in moving to ND, but I am concerned about being able to cover the cost of living along with my student loan payments (which will be about $600 a month).

Is anyone willing to share recent new grad RN salaries in either Fargo or Bismarck? Or close areas nearby?

Thank you!

Try St. Joseph's Hospital and Health Center in Dickinson, ND there looking for nurses....

Specializes in Hematology/Oncology.

Safe to say to make 44k a year. If you rack in overtime you can make quite a bit. Every extra OT shift I pick up is about 586(before tax ) each 12 hour.

The starting hourly wage for North Dakota is $22-$23/hr. I know St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, ND starts their new grads at $22.79, before shift incentives. Depending on the shift you are working (days, evenings, nights, weekends) you can almost make double your hourly wage on overtime shifts. Working as a nurse at St. Alexius I was able to clear $55,000 last year with overtime and incentives. Hope this helps!

In Fargo new grads can get hired on for $22-26/hr. Plus the weekend-shift differentials... Can amount to 27-28/hr or more.

Can some one tell me what's the average pay for someone working as an lpn at vibra healthcare in fargo?

Hi

Are you referring to LPNs?

Is that what lpns make an hour?
