Starting medsurg/telemetry soon . New nurse advise please!

I am starting medsurg/telemetry soon . New  nurse to this. I have been working as home health nurse for 2.5 years. Prior to that at worked at a snf. I’m extremely confident for wound care.  I am very nervous and scared for this but I have been waiting for 3 years to get my foot in the door of hospital. I can’t remember all meds. I need to look up to review then what I learned before will hit me but I normally need to look up to refresh my memory. 
 

any tips of what I can review prior to starting. What will help me on floor once I start. Any advise recommendations, what to bring to floor.. any thing. please help a excited but scared nurse.
