You can use time at work for you by making notecards to flip through, and memorize. Here is am idea- once a month cooking. I don't do it every month, but when I do the extra time on two to three days is worth the ease the rest of the month.

Even if you do it and use the recipies a few times a week, it will give you evenings to study and you all will still not be eating fast food. I know it is easy to get overwhelmed if you think to much about it. I got myself really worked up before I started this semester. It is easier than I thought it would be. You can do it!!!

Thanks! I still do that now sometimes. I'll buy a few pounds of ground beef and cook it all at once and then freeze it! Luckily, the nights my husband doesn't work (he's also a nurse, but works 3 12's a week) he can help cook and help with the kidlet.

So I'm doing an online RN-BSN program starting in January. I want to get it over and done with, so I signed up for the three semester option (hoping that includes summer and I'll graduate in December 2009).
DOH!
Why didn't I think that through! TWELVE credit hours! Plus a family (husband and child) and a full time job!
Luckily, it is a desk job, but it's M-F, so I won't have the two-three days off a week where I can just dive into the books and that's it!
So yeah, I'm starting to freak out about that!
