Starting assignment at Vanderbilt Nashville

Has anyone taken assignment in Nashville? It's a short 8 week contract so I won't have much time in the area. Any tips/advice? Any must do things? I just finished 13 weeks in California so I'm happy to be within 4 hours of home for the Summer....but still want to have tons of fun in Nashville! Thanks!

Wow...what agency are you with?? Vanderbilt is a magnet hospital and to my understanding would never use travel nurses....they also had a hiring freeze a few months ago n

I am currently working as a traveler at Vanderbilt Children's in the NICU. It is an amazing place!!!

Id like to know what agency too! Not only for the 8 weeks but being able to go to Vanderbuilt. I love teaching hospitals!! Please let me know :)
