where to start w/ new career change???

hi all,

I'm currently searching for a college, I really want to persued a nusing career but I don't know where to start with the whole process....any ideas, regarding scholarships, finantial aid etc :) ???

Most colleges have a scholarship/finacial aid office where you can get help in finding this info. What is nice about going into the office, is that you can ask for help if you need, and they provide info on local or college specific scholarships that you may not know about. Another idea is to go to the public library and ask the reference librarian for help. I have done this and received far more help and direction than trying to find things on my own (though you can do that too). The National League for Nursing (NLN) used to put out a book of scholarships and grants as well. Good luck in your search!
