Hey guys, I applied to the staRN program in San Jose, CA for both Regional Medical Center and Good Samaritan that is supposed to start end of March 2021 . I'm just wondering how the hiring process is (especially with COVID-19), when we should expect to hear back, how competitive it is etc. Also, has anyone else applied and already heard back?
I already submitted the self-paced interview for RMC last week but have not heard back since.
Thank You!
oh wow I was in the chat session too and I didn't know it was only 12 people for GSH (I probably wasn't listening to her) I had thought it was closer to 15. that makes me more nervous! from the chat session, she made it seem like it was only one day of interviews because she was like "when you interview tomorrow....." but im not sure because as mentioned above, it doesn't seem like they could interview everyone in the time frame they gave etc. Also don't know if there were multiple days of chat session (separates ones for each group of interviewees for a particular day), but that doesn't seem super efficient way of things either.
did anyone ask the interviewers directly when we'd expect to hear back?

I didn’t, but in the Q&A the recruiter said probably by Wednesday we should hear back.
and she also said they will hire 12-15 people for each facility. She just said Good Sam tends to be a little smaller which is why she said 12.
