Hey guys, I applied to the staRN program in San Jose, CA for both Regional Medical Center and Good Samaritan that is supposed to start end of March 2021 . I'm just wondering how the hiring process is (especially with COVID-19), when we should expect to hear back, how competitive it is etc. Also, has anyone else applied and already heard back?
I already submitted the self-paced interview for RMC last week but have not heard back since.
Thank You!

I graduated in Nov 2020 and my school sent transcripts to BRN in beginning of Dec and I got my ATT around Christmas time. I had my license before applying to the program. However, I knew people in my class who had deficiencies like resubmitting 2x2 photo and they didn't get their ATT till several weeks after me (mid Jan).

Someone from a previous cohort said they applied to both but only interviewed with one. She also said that there were 24 people accepted per hospital.

Yeah it must just be one hospital per applicant. I did both on demand interviews and have not received an invitation to interview with Regional.

Same, nothing as well. I think because the program doesnt start till March 29, they are probably taking their time reaching out. Yes hopefully next week!!
