Has anybody else applied to the StaRN residency at Mountainview/Southern Hills/Sunrise? I got invited to do the on-demand interview but haven't heard anything since I completed it. Does anybody know the timeline for this?

That’s awesome! Congratulations!! I’m not sure how the rejections work, but I would assume so? It would be nice if there was more information available about how all of this works, but I guess we’ll all just learn as we go ?‍♀️

If you don’t mind me asking, did you request the ICU track or the med/surg/tele track?

@starrysummit I applied for ICU! Maybe medsurg is taking longer because it doesn't start until October?

Hey Question . It was just one application for ICU and med surg right ? Then you put what your area of interest was ?

@NurseG2020 Yes, (as far as I know), it was the same application. You just needed to specify whether you wanted ICU or medsurg/tele.

Has anybody applied to all 3 hospitals but have their last choice application status changed to “not under consideration”? That happened to me for sunrise ? not sure if that means I’m denied from the star RN program overall

I would reach out to the recruiter! Mine is still active but I’m not sure if it’s because I just interviewed.

Yea my apps for mountainview and southern hills just said “completed” only sunrise said not under consideration. So I’m not sure if I should keep waiting cause they didn’t send me any rejection letters ?

Did you interview? And if so how long ago? I would asume that it saying completed is a good thing!? LOL

No none of the hospitals called me back for an in person interview yet I only did the on demand video interview. But I applied for med surg and not critical care
