Awesome! I’m curious too! The interview sounds much more casual, so I’m not really sure how to prepare. Did she tell tell you anything about the unit?

For those who had a second interview, how did it go? Mostly behavioral questions, or clinical, scenario? More formal or informal?

Has anyone heard back for a 2nd interview for surgical unit? Patiently waiting ...

I think it will depend on the unit but the second interview was much more casual. They asked get to know you questions (strengths, weaknesses, what you do with your spare time, etc). Then they allowed me to ask questions about the unit/program. Even though the vibe was more casual I still dressed to impressed.
