Hey guys ! Great news, so for those who have "consider for future" under their application status means that it has been screened and will be in consideration for interviews in January.

That is correct. I heard back finally, and yes "Consider for Future" is a great status to have, so for all you whose heart dropped, go ahead and pick it right back up! good luck to all!!

So the status change is a good thing! Phew! Did anyone get any info regarding potential dates that HR would be sending out the interview invites??

Hey guys,

I just wanted to chime in. My status was changed to "consider for future" on 11/30 and this morning I received an email that stated the following:

"After careful review of your experience and qualifications, we are not able to move forward with your application. The process was very competitive, and we've received applications that more closely meet our needs at this time. While we're not able to reach out to every applicant, our Talent Acquisition team may contact you if you are a strong match for another role."

Don't mean to get you guys down, but don't get too excited if that is your status.

3.5 overall; 3.8 nursing gpa

ACLS & BLS

3 years customer service experience

2 years of ICU volunteering

2 years of ED volunteering

Although my preceptorship was not at Stanford (ICU at Kaiser), and no paid healthcare experience

Hey everyone! Just wanted to say I received a call this morning from Stanford HR informing me that I'll be moving forward in the process. YAAAAY! Interview dates will be January 31, Feb 1, and Feb 2. So just a heads up :)

hay everyone! i just found out they changed my status " consider for future" into " application in review".. did anyone also experience that, too?

mine changed as well. Ill have an answer for you by tomorrow. Like i said before though, my friend who got hired this past Sept, told me her status was always "application in review". Still have not received a rejection email, so for now I'm just on edge. ill post tomorrow once i find out whats going on... I wonder if nursewarrior30's status changed as well.
