Hey everyone! This is just to keep us all updated. The application opened today and it closes on 10/26.

OMG does it look bad if I withdraw my app and resubmit? I had to because on the format, it says volunteer experience you "must include person of contact to verify" and I had attached my LOR and someone mentioned do not do that

I was a bit worried since they emphasized the need for having it all in 1 pdf, but that one page required an upload for a cover letter AND the nursing transcripts, so we couldn't move forward if we left one empty. I uploaded the same file for both. What did others do for that problem?

they mentioned in the info session that it's recommended to put it all in one pdf but no problem if you can't!

I emailed them about this and they said you can either put the 1 pdf or the cover letter and transcripts by themselves. It's more of a reminder for people to include those two.

Hello everyone, does anyone else have an issue of submitting the application already, receiving a confirmation email saying you submitted your application, but not seeing the application pop up once you login to your candidate profile? It literally says no applications under the "My Applications" section on the candidate home page.

I am based in Southern California but decided to apply to Stanford out of the blue. Does anyone know if they usually take applicants outside of their serving area?

Yeah, I did, that's why I did another application after I made my account. Hopefully that won't count against me.
