I didn't see this topic on here yet so I thought I would start one! :up: Has anyone heard anything about interviews for the Stanford New Grad RN program yet? What units are you interested in?

I haven't heard anything back either. My application online still says in review. I'm interested in ICU, step-down, and med-surg. :)

My application says "in process" so I wonder if that's different than in review. I'm interested in icu & Stepdown. :)

Hey all! Was wondering when someone would start a thread!

Good luck to everyone! At this point, it's such a highly competitive position to get, but very honored to meet you all.

If only we could all get it :)!

May the nursing gods be forever in our favor.

On a brighter side, we all graduated, pass the boards, and moving on to our next adventure!

Nice to meet you all! I am from San Diego and interested in oncology, med-surg, or OR. Mine says "application in review" as well. At least we all made it past the personality test screening. I know several people that got rejection letters right away!

Wow really? That's super sad to hear people got rejection letters right away :( Were they emailed to them, and how fast did they get it?

They were emailed a day after the personality test.

Wow that's fast, and unfortunate to hear. Everyone really does work so hard and in my opinion should have a chance :)!

I haven't been approved for my boards yet :( fingers crossed. I just graduated last month. As for the personality test, I didn't find an email o.o and I searched my trash to make sure. I'm from Fresno & come from an icu Stepdown background.

It took me about 3 months for them to give me my ATT. Hopefully you'll get it fast but the BRN's are so behind, it's a freaking joke.

Yes I got my call bright and early this morning - I was still half asleep, lol! I'm interested in oncology & ICU but will take anything. I was told they will post the hiring units at the time of the interview and we are to pick our top 3 from the list. So Greyiris34, I take it they called you too?
