Question for anyone who got an offer!

When you accepted the offer via email, did HR reply back to your email?

I accepted the offer via email on Wednesday evening and haven't gotten a response - I emailed the recruiter to follow up but got an automated response..

I also haven't received an update from HR regarding next steps.

For those who have accepted the offers, I have created a Facebook page for the New Grads for Fall 2019 so that we can continue to support each other through the program. You can find it by searching "Stanford New Grad RN Fall 2019 Group" ?

@SanFranciscat Alright cool, I'm not the only one. I accepted the offer on Wednesday but I didn't hear back from the recruiter so I was contemplating if I should send him an email. I'm glad I'm not the only one, looks like all there is left to do is wait further instructions and enjoy our month long vacation!

@RNDiDi Thank you! I'll be joining the group!

Has there been anyone who went through the 2nd interview but didn't get an offer? I'm so scared because I still don't have anymore from HR yet about anything );

I interviewed for a medicine unit yesterday and the manager said I would hear back if I got hired tomorrow Oct 4, which is today. Not sure if HR is behind or I flat out didnt get hired ?

Mine was mostly behavioral, but I also had clinical scenarios. I was not expecting that at all ?

@emayevee I'm a little late to the game, but I also interviewed for the same unit! I was also not expecting any clinical scenarios and that totally threw me off. I had no idea they're hiring for 2 new grads, but that gives me more hope! The anticipation from hearing back has been killer but it looks like we'll be hearing back on Monday afterall. Did you only interview for Uro/Colorectal or did you have multiple units? I interviewed for Kidney/Liver Transplant at the same time.

How do you know that the units are hiring 2 new grads per unit? I've also heard from another interviewee, but just wondering where you got that source from? (Directly from unit manager?) hope you head back about offer soon!

I don't know if it's actually PER unit, but I'm responding to @emayevee's previous post about the Uro/Colorectal unit when they mentioned that one was hiring for 2 new grads.

Hope you hear back as well. Wait until Monday to see if you hear from HR!

I heard directly from my manager that they are hiring 2 for my unit in Medicine. It seems to be a consistent pattern. I also heard that they are interviewing approximately 70 people and hiring around 30.

When I interviewed, the manager told me directly they were hiring 2 for that unit, I’m not sure about other units

I messaged you directly as well, but I specifically asked during the panel interview if we would have the opportunity to interview for multiple units because my friend in the previous cohort was able to, and they said not this year, so you must be a hot commodity!! Lol that's awesome though!!
