Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Stanford Nurse Residency, Cohort 41. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

This was for onc, but there are 4 slots per time session according the email invite....

Hi! I got an interview on Thursday morning for AAU surgical! For background, I got my BSN, ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.

I also had over 1000 hours of volunteering for different things such as a non profit clinic, community center, girls empowerment camp, and at UCSF. I did not have any externships or internships for nursing. I had a background as an in home caregiver and dental assistant! I think what made me stand out was that I had two scientific papers published in the past. I hope this helps!

Hey! Congrats and thanks for sharing!! I was wondering if you feel comfortable sharing, was the invite from aau surgical division 1 or 2?

Hi guys! I just got an interview for AAU surgical division 2! Does anyone know the difference between Surgical Division 1 and 2?
