Question. What does anyone think of this.

Matrix states 4 nurses and one tech for up to 20 patients on an " intermediate care floor". 2/3 of pts were at least 2 assists/ hoyers/ incontinent. heavy care pts.

I don't think it's great or uncommon. Some places are even much worse.
