Stabbing pain under left breast

Has anyone experienced sharp pain ( stabbing pain under left breast especially with breathing) the pain lasts 60 seconds or less and then starts again after 30 minutes or hours. I had this pain for about 2 years now and I am having like an anxiety attack, I am health cautious. I have asked few people but not one can think of anything that can cause pain on the left side ( under the left breast)....If you know or heard anything please let me know...I would appreciate it :)
