As you all are aware I got my nov date at St. Peters in Albany. Has ANYONE ever tested and/or ever heard of there ? I hear all about Albany med and Syracuse and Saratoga (which they said was done) but nothing on s.p.. I posted the same question on ec nursing board and only got one result. A fail! I am getting nervous!

i tested last year at st. peter's in albany, ny. it was an excellent site. i highly recommend it! all the ces and ca are all nice and really wanted you to pass. the ca will even review everything if you failed something and try to pass you if she can. there were six of us and only 3 passed. i passed without any repeat.
i did not have a pediatric patient. i believed all of us got adults as pediatric substitute.
i stayed at best western hotel. i arrived the day before and drove to st. peter's hospital to see how far it was and how many minutes to get there. it took me about ten minutes from the hotel.
your date is fast approaching and i wish you luck. don't let your nerves interfere too much. act confident even if you are not and always smile . this will help the patient be more cooperative when you are doing assessment and management.

K9, I am the one that failed, not because I was failed but because I did not Aspirate. I retested and passed. The CE's were the same at AMC and St. Peters. So as I told you before if you know your critical elements, you should pass.
