St. Paul School of Nursing (Queens) Winter 2021

I submitted my application Aug/2020, which was too late for the Fall semester. I have passed my Wonderlic and submitted all my paperwork. At this point I am just waiting to hear about my acceptance....Anybody else waiting for this same semester?????

Hey everyone, 

I was accepted and start Jan 11, 2021. Currently completing background check (costs $195), went to quest diagnostics and completed my drug test (they only give you 72 hours to complete from the day you receive the drug test form, you have to go in the office to pick it up) and all immunizations. I couldn't remember if I received any of them within the last 10 years so I went to city md and had them test my blood. I got my tb test done yesterday and have to go back tomorrow to have it checked and then do that again in 2-3 weeks because its a 2 step process ::eye roll:: LOL. I also have to complete my BLS certification, does anyone have any recommendation on a course online?

Congrats !! Are you going to the queens campus? And I did my background check also,I’m just working on the medical part of what I need to complete. I think it’s a little crazy that they only give us two weeks to complete everything. I’m going to get my drug test paper tomorrow. Do they automatic get the results? Or do we have to submit it? And I’m not sure about online BLS certification.

Yes, I will be going to the school in queens. I find it crazy as well that only 2 weeks are given but I guess I can understand, it's just harder now because of covid, appts aren't being provided right away which is why I had to go to a citymd. Yes, the drug test results are automatically sent to the school. Have you already gotten your BLS certification, if so, where did you go?

I got it through my job, but I think you could check the website and they send you somewhere near your house.

congrats!! are they emailing the acceptance letters or mailing them out?

Hello all! I've applied for the evening classes in the Queens Campus. Congratulations to those who have been accepted! I have a question for you. Were you required to sign an enrollment agreement via DocuSign? I guess I'm curious to know if that is the first sign of acceptance. Or did everyone sign the enrollment agreement?

I haven't gotten a response at all. I'm tempted to reach out and email my admissions counselor, but I don't want to be too pushy. Ugh. The suspense is killing me.

Hey I have a question, with the medical form did it take a while to get the whole paper filled out? I’m still trying to get it filled out so annoying.
