St. Lukes is currently affiliated with Mayo...until April. Then it's affiliation ceases as it was purchased by St. Vincents. Good hospital
They are building a new hospital though I think which is why they will no longer be @ st. Lukes. Do you know anything about pay range/benefits/pt ratios for Mayo employees down there?

It is a great place to work. I worked there for two years and loved it! They have moved to the new hospital now and the rooms are huge. The nurse to patient ratio is 4:1 on the floor. Sometimes 5:1, but only if they are short. If you work at night, it is 5:1. There is a tech who helps out. The doctors for the most part are nice and one doctor throws a halloween party for the whole hospital. I worked on the post-op Surgery floor and it was busy, but everyone is very supportive and the nurses there are great.
