Does anyone know if all the hospitals are done with their interviews? Just wondering if I should move on... ?

Does anyone know if getting the email for references means they are truly planning to hire you (granted your references are good)? I just got the email but my portal is still the same and it feels too good to be true! I keep worrying that if my references don't reply ASAP they will move on to the next candidate. I have already asked my references to reply but I am sure they are busy/working and will get to it later tonight or even tomorrow morning.

Hi, hope everyone is safe and with good health. I emailed one of the recruiters last night and today she emailed me saying that someone will soon call me regarding the status of application. I also checked my application status online and nothing has changed yet. So maybe that's good thing? Also one of my friends works st. Joseph's and told me , they mostly hired internal stuff . I feel that doesn't leave enough room for us. It can be a lil stressful but try to stay positive ?

I did the on demand interview on 6/17... Never heard anything after that, so most likely I wasn’t selected? anyone has the same situation?

Hello! For those who started in the 2020 residency program at St. Joseph (Orange, CA), how is the program?  Also from reading this forum, it seems the process is 1) On-Demand Interview, 2) 30 min video behavioral interview, and 3) a 2nd interview?  Is the 2nd interview in-person during Covid times?

Hello! I had received my ACLS, PALS, and BLS before applying. I did not have to do an EKG or med exam for this application or interview process.

An ekg or med exam is once you go through orientation
