St. Johns MMC Recruiters

U.S.A. Missouri

Published

Hello,

I have been applying to postions at St. Johns for the past two months and I haven't heard a peep from anybody in HR. I've been reading some threads that recommended contacting the departments directly and asking to speak to a Nursing Recruiter. Does anybody out there know the names of any Nursing Recruiters at St. Johns MMC? I would certainly appreciate the help! Thanks!

Perhaps you are referring to St. John's in Springfield?

I tried to apply for an ER internship there a couple years back, made an appointment for an interview and traveled 7 hours to get there, only to be informed the recruiter was in a meeting and wouldn't be available that day. I was handed a disk with info and told the interview would be rescheduled.

I never heard another word from them and didn't bother to pursue the matter further. If they have problems with recruitment I can see why.

My present employer flew my wife and myself out to AZ, paid for the rental car, meals and lodging for 3 days in return for an interview. I won't say that they go out of their way to retain employees but they'll do whatever it takes to get them here.

I applied for a few Graduate Nurse Fellowships at SJMMC, and was sent a short "Thanks, but no thanks" letter after the first interview. I did have to call them to have them look at my application. Their HR department is located on the Maryville Center campus, if that helps.

I have been calling the recruiters the last two months and they said they will get back to me because they cant pull my application. Finally thay told me the reason they didnt call me for an interview was because there was a typo on my application stating i graduate in 2011.I was referred to another recruiter and been calling and leaving messages until I said to myself.....you are not the only hospital

St. John's according to my cousin is an excellent place to work. So far the have yet to give me the time of day. I have the name, number and email of the med/surg nurse recruiter, however. This can be found on their website. The names etc of the recruiters for all the fellowships can be found there though a little digging has to be done.

To contact the med/surg recruiter at st. johns in st. louis.
