Hi everyone! I'm starting a thread for anyone applying to the St. David's Nurse Residency Program starting June/July 2020. Best of luck everyone!

I think some of them may have been holding out on scheduling as a lot of managers meet interview prospects at the hiring event which is now cancelled. So maybe we will!

I accepted a job offer at Saint David North Austin for the July 13th cohort. Anyone else got an offer?

$27/hr base pay after 6 months. After orientation is $25/hr base pay.

Hi everyone!

I have applied to various St. David Hospitals in the Austin area. The only one I heard from so far was The Heart Hospital in Austin. I did a "pre-screen" type interview on Friday, March 27 with unit managers and the nursing director, as well as some other candidates. I found out yesterday that the hospital is now on a hiring freeze due to the COVID situation. I called a recruiter today and he said that other St. David's Hospitals are just delayed, but not on a hiring freeze. Hopefully other hospitals reach out soon.
