Hi! I was just hired by St. Davids. I haven't found any threads for 2014 Summer Residency and figured I would start one for other GN's to talk about and discuss the all of the exciting things that are starting to happen! Congrats to everyone!

I have also just accepted a position for this summer. I am very excited and ready to start. I was surprised at how fast they contacted us back.

Congrats! Which location?? They do seem to be much more relaxed compared to Seton with the whole interview process in my opinion. Im sure it varies with each though :)

I will be in South Austin on the med-surg telemetry unit. I did not find the interview very difficult. It was my first interview however, so was not sure what to expect.

Congrats! I've accepted an offer on Med/Surg Tele at St.David's South location also! Maybe we will be on the same unit!

I was called back the day after my interview...so very fast turn around compared to others. I am excited to start though really wished I could have been in the July cohort. Have you guys registered to take NCLEX or taken it yet?

I just took the NCLEX yesterday! Glad that's done! Have you been told unit and what shift you will be on? Will you be at the orientation this Monday?

Hi, I know this is a late thread but I also got a verbal offer at St. David's NAMC for med/surg renal/endocrine unit but it's been a week and a half and I have nnot recieved my jpb offer in my email. How long did you guys recieved your offer letter after you got the verbal offer?
