I just took the NCLEX yesterday! Glad that's done! Have you been told unit and what shift you will be on? Will you be at the orientation this Monday?

I will be in South Austin on the med-surg telemetry unit. I did not find the interview very difficult. It was my first interview however, so was not sure what to expect.

I have also just accepted a position for this summer. I am very excited and ready to start. I was surprised at how fast they contacted us back.

He is looking into it. He said they just released a list with 15 names on it. He isnt sure if it is the complete list or not. Either way, I was not on it. He is going to continue trying to see what and if there will be another list. If not, my kit may end up with yours, in August! HA! He wants to resubmit, if I do not make it. I will update more, when he gets a definite answer!

My recruiter said that the board is going right now.

I started my packet in Nov and was told, by my recruiter, that packets were due Feb 15. I know they have more than one board a year, right? But here I sit.... Waiting! Ha! My recruiter said I should hear something in the next few weeks but I'm confused on why I only read posts about Oct boards.... Is my recruiter wrong or am I on tract?

I put in my Navy NCP kit in February, 2013. My recruiter said that the board just released the active duty list on April 1st and they should be starting NCP packets now. I was wondering if anybody knows how much longer I should expect to wait and if anybody else is the same situation?
