Do you mind me asking you your credentials/experience that you feel puts you at an advantage? I'm so discouraged applying to all these programs 😕

Yes absolutely, I've also been applying for about 6 months and received countless rejections 😞 it's really rough out here. I graduated nursing school may 2024 with my bsn and got my license in June. I did 2 internships outside of school, one in pre-op and one in the OR. I also worked really hard on the letter of intent! I have BLS ACLS PALS too, and have 1 other customer service experience outside of healthcare.

My friend just got a rejection email for ICU. She interviewed last Tuesday.

Oh shoot okay- im sorry about that 😧 did she find out today?

Yes. I just checked my application status and it says "hiring manager reviewed, not selected" so you can probably do the same to see if you're still being considered. Best of luck!

Much appreciated with the response! I just have to keep my head up and hopefully get a chance! Thank you!
