Honestly I 100% understand where you're coming from. It took 40 hospitals and 4 interviews to finally land this job ? it's so hard

My interview was on 2/18!! So it was a week apart from when I got a call to schedule, interview, and then an offer! For my interview the panelists were divided into two groups. For the first 30 I was with one group and they asked me about myself and then 3 behavioral questions and then it was the same for the other group for the last 30 minutes!

I got an offer for adolescents!

I did apply for adolescents! I did my capstone there and was able to obtain recommendations from staff! They said we would hear back in a week and it's technically this week so fingers crossed
