1st A&P Tests!

Published

In some of the various Anatomy Discussions topics, some of us have posted stating we don't know how we'll feel until we take that first test! Most of us should have taken it by now this semester...so, how'd you do?!

I was so nervous for the fact that I could never remember one time I had taken it a test over THREE chapters at one time, not to mention containing Chemistry...I've always been running scared from that messy stuff! All in all, I studied my behind off and pulled off an 85! It was 60 questions, that was nerve-racking and a bit relieving at the same time, meaning I had a tiny bit of breathing room, with it being more questions. I was really aiming for an A, but there's only so much studying you can do...if I went on anymore, I probably would have choked once the test was handed to me. I kept beating myself up, feeling like everyone probably did better than I did, but I heard a lot of talk from people, about how they made a 70 or a few points higher...it seems mean, but it made me feel a little better. :o

I hope all of you did well!

I agree Camwill! I'm trying to knock these papers out too! I'm running out of steam though. Towards the end of the semester, I always give out of gas... I'm running off fumes now... lol :zzzzz

I am a student at KCTCS in Winchester KY. I am looking to network with someone who might have notes on Human Anatomy and Physiology Eighth Edition by Elaine N. Marieb and Katja Hoehn. We have had 3 Lab Instructors and 2 Lecture Instructors this semester and many of students are really struggling. Help would be most appreciated!!!!!

Sorry we are using Martini. But I think you should really give YouTube a try. Also itunesU has lectures from other colleges teaching A&P very helpful professors. And this is all free help.

I agree I really needed this break here but I am going to use it to get my papers down!

I've been reading you guys posts. Just remember it's worth it in the end. I just got accepted to two different nursing schools. Try your best to make all A's in your pre req's. It will make the difference in you getting in. A and P and Microbiology is alot of information, but it is supposed to prepare you for nursing school. I can still remember those late nights and early mornings studing for those exams over 5 chapters. I can say that A and P 2 was easier for me. Micro sucked, unless you like diseases.. Anyways hang in there!!!
