SSS #? help!!!

good day!!! I passed the June 2006 board exam, Im planning to take NCLEX, I already have a thumbprint card and application form. Im quite confused with regards to the social security number...

I dont have SSS yet, do I need to have one or could I just leave the space on my application form blank? Pls help me...

2weeks for thess number...sometimes it takes longer because there are times that they verify authenticity of the records/documents you aresubmitting....
