hi i just called the BON about my maiden name and ssn. and he told me i need to send them the form change name, copy marriage cert, and copy of ssn, do you its ok to copy my ssn card and send it to them or just number, i know that ssn is very important so i want to make sure. thanks

I think you need to definitely send a copy of your SSN.

I think all BON's have the SSN Confidentiality thingy so I guess you're good to go. (Please correct me if I'm wrong..)

I will be changing my name soon too when I pass my NCLEX since I'm filing with my maiden name on it.

You have to provide the SSN so you should be ok sending a copy of it.
