Hello All!
I noticed that there wasn't a thread for this year so I wanted to start one.
I live in near Hartford, CT but applied because of the limited programs in my state.
Im 25 and I want to start a career in Nursing.
I have a BA in Psychology with a low undergrad GPA? of a 2.51.
So I'm taking the longer route to eventually become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
I do have a high pre-req GPA due to class retakes a community college and I've also completed all the pre-req requirements too.
Teas score of 76, and experience as Americorps state member at a health education site with 1700 hours.
Anyone know when we will hear back from admissions?

I saw online that I was waitlisted as well. But fortunately I was accepted to another program. Good luck!

I hear ya. I have a 4.0 and am a Medical Assistant. The only thing I can think of is I didn't have micro completed. I just wonder how many people get waitlisted. Good luck to you.

You can contact IT and ask for your login information. I did this last year when I was accepted because I just couldn't wait anymore. They will gladly let you know your username and password and then you can login. Hopefully they are still available...who knows because of the coronavirus stuff. It's worth a shot.
