Hey everyone!

My name is Zac, and I am a Neurosurgical ICU nurse currently working in Charlotte, NC. I was born and raised here but attended Western Carolina University for my BSN degree. I noticed there hasn't been a thread yet created for UNCC's SRNA program applicants for next Spring; so, I wanted to introduce myself to all of you other candidates out there and want to wish all of you the best of luck in attaining interviews and acceptance letters. Introduce yourselves below and let's get to know each other before we [hopefully] begin on this incredibly arduous yet rewarding journey together ?

Awesome! Yes, UNCC has a phenomenal program. A lot of my colleagues have, or are going there to obtain their DNAPs. Good luck to you as well! ?

Soooo can we talk about those two weird emails? First I received a rejection letter where none of the suggestion points applied to me... Then I get a subsequent email saying "recall the CMC Anesthesia email".... Did this happen to anyone else?

This happened to me. I just received another email stating I wasn't selected for an interview at all.

I got an email around 3:30pm their time saying I got an interview. I’m sorry to those that haven’t heard or didn’t get the news they were hoping for ?

I still haven't heard anything at all ?‍♂️ They did send me an email two days ago stating they would release the decision today though. Maybe I'll hear something tomorrow?

Is there anyone else who hasn't heard back yet? The previous email I received very clearly stated that all decisions would be released "no later than October 9th." Not sure what that means for people such as myself...

I would definitely follow up on Monday.
