I am thinking about taking PSYC 101 and HIST 2020 (I'm only taking history to bring up my GPA.. I took it years ago and never withdrew in time) in the summer? How much harder is it than the 16 week course?? Any feedback is greatly appreciated?
I was also thinking about taking the MATH 0070 as a refresher before I take 1000. Should I hold off on that??

The classes aren't harder, just faster. Some of the summer classes I have taken have had less hw assignments due to being a short summer class. That was nice!
Thank you A4L4S!

Well, I just got done doing Psych 101 online (8 weeks) and it was a LOT of work. I guess it depends on the teacher. She was a great teacher but there was at least 20 hours of homework just in that class. I had another class too so it was very time consuming. I loved the class though. Very interesting :) Good luck.
Online is different though. Online classes always involve a ton of work. It's just the nature of the beast. I took Psych 1010 online too....tons of works but easy as hell. Same goes for nutrition if you are thinking about it.

Are you trying to get into the nursing program? Why not take the Humanities requirement to bring up your GPA (although I thought only your science and English counted towards the GPA to get into the program now?). I would take the Comparative Religions summer course. It is the only class I've gotten an A+ in, it was so easy! I took English Composition, Nutrition, and Psych online. I didn't think Psych was too bad, but it was my third online class so I was used to the discussion boards and workload. I wouldn't take math unless you are stellar at it. Not necessary for nursing.
