I hope this is not too soon! I am applying to the SM ABSN Sacramento program for Spring 2017. I wanted to connect with some of the other people applying for this same cohort:) Just wondering how everyone's applications are going and if anyone had anything to add to the group. I haven't submitted yet but will probably do so tomorrow after I finish my last essay response. Please tell me I am not the only one doing this totally last minute!

Does anyone know if both orientation days are mandatory? San Mateo's says December 8-9. I have a work function on the 9th but of course I'll miss it if I have to for school! Just curious is anyone knows. Thanks!
Got an acceptance email this morning for the ABSN program but have already accepted a spot in the ELMSN FNP cohort, so good news for anyone who hasn't heard back or is on the wait list! Good luck everyone!
"All Onsite Orientations are mandatory. The day will include continental breakfast and lunch provided by SMU, in general plan to be there until 4:30 pm. [...] If the grid has multiple dates for Orientation, then you must be present on each day."
I actually got an email today regarding the Sac orientation. They changed it from 2 days to 1: Friday, Dec. 2, 9am - 4pm.

Hi everyone.. I am anxiously waiting for the verdict from Samuel Merritt San Mateo campus. Anyone here heard any news?? I know some already received acceptance letter. I have received an email in regards to the completion of my coursework of their prerequisites for the application..but that's about it. Oh how I hate the waiting game.

I received the orientation e-mail on Friday. It looks like it's just Thursday, December 8!

Yay! I'm so excited. Got that email Friday to. wonder what time we should be there...? I can't wait till we get to meet everyone! It's gonna be a heck of a year and I am really looking forward to meeting new friends to take this journey with!
