Spring 2018 MDC Nursing Program

Published

My journey started from cna, lpn now,I applied for spring 2018 nursing bridge program. I am looking forward to what it has to offer and the challenges ahead. Anything is possible if you work hard and be persistence in reaching every goal you set for yourself. Always keep a positive mind.

I got accepted for the FT generic program! i paid the acceptance already, now i'm looking at the full time courses sequence and am i really supposed to take 7 classes next summer lol?????

has anybody gotten the titers tests done ?

how does complio work? i already created an account and now it is asking me which one do i wanna pay if a 1 yr subscription or a 2 year one. do we really need to pay that? or am i doing something wrong?

It will ask you to pay. I only paid for the 1 year

@peñuisasassycat Those are the specialties lol. They're not taken all at once. Each specialty takes one month. So once you're done and pass one class, you go on to the next one the following month.

Pay for what you believe your program will last. Mine should take 1 year assuming I don't fail anything so I only paid for the year. If the program takes longer they always let you end up renewing once your subscription is over

Does anyone know that the schedule is like in the Homestead campus for FT? I know everyone's can be different. Trying to make plans for work.

@natalieg: My best friend is actually in her first semester right now @ Homestead. She's gonna tell me her schedule and refer some professors! I'm excited.

So I was also accepted to the AO and generic FT but I think I might choose generic just because it's only a one semester difference, but just wanted to confirm does anyone know if the semesters are consecutive? Any advice?

Also does anyone know how many students are accepted vs applied?

Did anyone go to BC before? I have complio with them and am wondering if I could use it for mdc someone too.. thanks

Someone from a previous thread said the extra semester in generic does help. I'm sure whatever you decided will work out. Keep us updated on which one you pick.

DO THEY send you an email? Or a letter through the mail?

I just recieved an email saying my background check was completed and that if I want to, I can pick up results at the deans office. Do I need to do that in order to submit them to complio????
