My journey started from cna, lpn now,I applied for spring 2018 nursing bridge program. I am looking forward to what it has to offer and the challenges ahead. Anything is possible if you work hard and be persistence in reaching every goal you set for yourself. Always keep a positive mind.
for anyone who needs recertification for CPR and can't make it to the free class, there is a november 3rd class at the medical campus (59$) . they give you your cards right there at the end of class. For those going to the free class ask if it is CPR for HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS
Do you know where we sign up for the one at the Medical campus?
I hate to sound dumb but what's titers?
Titer is a test that is done to check if you are immune to a certain disease like for example, chickenpox, measles, mumps, rubella, etc its is done to check your levels if it is too low then you will need to get the vaccinations to prevent you from getting those diseases

wherever you decide to go the school will want titers to see the levels of hep b, tdap, varicella, and mmr. if you get the shots the school will make you get titers for those given shots 6-8 weeks after the shot was given. also if you have gotten titers in the last 5 years i believe they are still valid as long as you provide document of their LEVELS not the actual injection date from 2012 to now (within the last 5 yrs)
