I've decided to make this page for anyone applying for the Spring 2019 ADN program at Lone Star CF/K. I'm so nervous and it's still kinda far away! Good luck!

when do you think they'll inform alternatives whether or not they were accepted?

I feel like it could be anytime up until the deadline for our paperwork. I had to forfeit my spot last year because I was missing one piece of paperwork but that means an alternate got my spot that day.

Omg, one piece of paperwork?! I'd hate that. I just have CPR to do now.

Yup. My BON letter. It came Dec 21 but our deadline last year was Dec 1. Even though school started Jan 16, I still had to forfeit. It is already loaded now!!!

I'm an Alternative, should i start loading my information on castle branch or wait till after orientation since we have till Nov 30?

I'm an alternate as well. I started ASAP. Go ahead and get it over with. That's what I'm doing.

I hope so! I have a girl in my pharm class who said a lot of people are declining because they are getting accepted into BSN programs.

No I just paid as well. They said they will send more information about it later.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes for the social security verification/ background check? I just submitted my Form today.
