Is anyone here applying for the Spring 2017 semester? I've been waiting on someone to start a thread but decided to just do it myself:cat:. I have a 3.41 GPA, 2 A's and 1 B in the science prerequisites. I've completed all of my prerequisites besides statistics (currently taking). I applied about 2 weeks ago so I'm way ahead of the deadline! Any other LSON hopefuls wanting to share stats and maybe nerves:x3:? I feel like this would be a great way to communicate during this application season!

Hey y'all! I'm actually graduating from Loewenberg this December, so I've been in your shoes! I wouldn't be worried about them rejecting you because you're still in a prereq class! When I applied, I was currently taking Micro + the lab but still got accepted, it was just stated as a "provisional acceptance contingent on completion of all admission requirements". So as long as you pass your prereq class and your GPA is still what it should be, you should be fine!!

Congrats!! Thanks for the reassurance. Is there any advice you can give us as far as the application process and the program itself? How did you like the program?

Mine says under review, does yours?

Mine says that it's under review as well! It seems like the application shouldn't have been as easy as it was! I guess since Memphis is the only college I've attended I didn't have to submit anything extra.

Hello everyone

I will be applying for Fall 17 but I will have two science course in progress do you all think this will get me denied.? Or will they just have me in consideration untill my grades post.?

Also I will be a transfer student so should I go ahead and apply early to the University and will they look at my cumulative transfer GPA as my required cumulative.?

I am a Spring 2017 hopeful as well. Waiting to hear back. I have been nervous since I put my application in. Nonetheless, I have faith that God will work it out if it is in his favor for all of us.

Yes! Faith is definitely helping me remain calm while waiting for my decision. Also, has anyone that is currently taking their last prerequisites recieved an email saying that they need to email the office stating when/where you would be completing your last prereqs?

I'm sure you'll be fine! And yes! I think you should go ahead and apply to the university so that'll be one less thing to worry about.

I emailed them and let me know before they even sent out those emails! And she also replies back. I asked when will we hear back and she said November

Ok, thanks! It scared me a little but she emailed me back once I explained it to her. I just thought that they would be able to see that those courses were in progress on my transcript! Since the U of M is the only university I've ever attended.
