Spring 2017 Daytona State Nursing Program

I live right here in Daytona thankfully. But I also applied to UCF Cocoa campus and was definitely ready to either move there or drive each day. Unfortunately I got out on the waitlist there so I don't think I have to worry about that anymore.

I applied at Daytona and Santa Fe. Daytona is not too bad of a drive, actually everything around me due to what campuses have the nursing program are all averaging about an hour drive for me.

So, I broke down and made the call to see if I could get some letter info. I was told the absolute earliest letters will go out is November first. She also said I would probably be closer to mid November.

What... That's crazy! I was hoping for next week based on when they got theirs last year. í ½í¸ I don't want to wait any longer!!!!

I was reading back on posts from previous years and it looks like the nursing department tells everyone the same thing, middle of November. They even told them last year that they should expect their letters after Thanksgiving, they ended up getting theirs like October 20th. Fingers crossed that we get them next week!!

I am hoping for a letter this week!!!! Did anyone ever find out how many applications were turned in this time around? Does not seem to be as many people on this post as ones past. Low turn out?? Ok I am grasping at straws!

Mine also came.... I was not accepted either. It must have came down to TEAS scores.
