Dear everyone,
I am still a RN student in Mt. San Antonio College, and currently I am looking for a hospital that can reimburse my tuition of international student.
Most of the hospital offer sponsorship program only up to about $3500, but I am wondering if any of them can actually raise their fund to cover all of my educational spendings. I really want to find a hospital that's very close to where I lived (within 20 miles.)
Know I wanna try to talk to CVHP and Pomona Valley Hospital, but before that, I really need some suggestions and hope any of you can lead me to the way.:bowingpur
If it happens that you are the one of the international students who received full reimbursement from the hospital around my region, please really share these information to me. I appreciate all your helps!!
Thank you very much n' Blessing,
Howard

Think you will find it hard to find a hospital to reimburse Internatioonal tution fees. In what capasity are you looking at staying in the US once you have completed your studies? You are aware of retrogression and problems finding employers willing to petition at the moment due to the time delays?

Sweetie, i don't mean to sound like a pessimist but what you are asking for is impossible. My answer is why would they reimburse your full tuition expenses when they can reimburse the tuition expenses of a native which is much cheaper? I'm just being realistic here. And know that even the most desperate hospitals give up to $20K but that was a sign on bonus that existed 4years ago. And those days are long gone. Also, bonuses like that come with at least a 2year contract.
Just think about this, why should an employer reimburse you for your full "international tuition" which is a lot, when the probability you'd be able to work for them for more than a year is close to zero. I say that because while you may get OPT, there's currently a retrogression so obtaining a green card is an issue. I really don't know much about the retrogression but a search on this forum would give you all the answers you need.
You are going to need a green card to work in this country and if in asking employers to petition you for a green card you're also asking them to reimburse your full tuition, then i wish you the best. The fact that i'm a christian makes me believe with God all things are possible but just take a look at reality and do the math.
i truly wish you all the best.

Sorry, but you are not going to find any facility anywhere in this country that is going to reimburse the tuition for an international student; even more so in times like this when there is a retrogression in place and you are more than likely not going to be able to remain in the US to work once you have completed the OPT.
It is not going to happen and also be aware that in order to get the F-1 status, you were supposed to prove that you could cover your expenses while you are here as well.
