Spider veins

Does anyone have any spider veins they believe are work related?? I worked full time as a CNA for about 8 mos before realizing I've obtained spider veins :/ I've never worn compression stockings. Would they have possibly been prevented if I would have worn them?

I wore them my entire 20 years on the floors and I don't have a 1.

I wear them and still have them. Genetics play a big part too, most of the time if your mom has them you will too.

And and insurance doesn't cover treatment for them...

I wore them every single day I worked, and still have them:( I agree that there is a genetic component. Both my mother and grandmother have them.

I also have spent thousands of dollars having the treatments...and they all have come back.
