Does anyone have any good resources for bilingual (mostly Spanish) care plans? I use a book/CD that has pre-formulated care plans and it's really awesome as I can tailor each one specifically to every student, but it's all in English. I work in an area where it's over 70% Spanish speaking and I feel like it's awkward to send home care plans in English. My basic forms are translated (Medication Administration, Failed Screening, etc.) and there is someone at the District to do so for me, but it's not his main duty and I feel like it would be too much if I give him my main care plans to translate. Not to mention, he doesn't have most of the Spanish Medical Terminology down. Any suggestions on how you translate or overcome the language barrier? Thanks!
