SPC Fall 2019

Published

Hey, everyone! I've been looking for a thread about fall applications for SPC Nursing program, but nothing yet! It may be early, since the application period just started on March 1st, but here we go! I applied as soon as it opened , and I'm crossing my fingers until the July 1st. Anyone else applied or planning to do it soon? Let me know your thoughts and plans, we are all together in this one ? .

Hey Guys and Girls.

I’m not sure why I keep getting notifications here but I do if anyone knows how to turn it off please let me know

What Grace said about the books are point on the additional books have the question format that you will be tested on they are great for reviews.

You can go into Quizlet and search for study materials also I used that quite a bit and it was helpful.

Go to account and then manage followed content and deselect it.

Hey guys check it out.

Right. Although exams I believe are usually n October(midterm) and December(finals). But not 100% sure.

Did anyone requested for an increase in their book line of credit from financial aid? If so, how long did it took to become effective and did it showed in my SPC portal?

I did mine never showed in myspc even after using it and i think it took about 4 days after I called, some one called me and emailed me to let me know it was approved and available to use.

Same here. It took few days and I got an email.

Heads up, a little birdie told me that there will be a dosage calculation quiz the first few days of class. And a quiz on the first six to eight chapters of the fundamentals book. I'm sure the professor will teach dosages and give us a PowerPoint review of the chapters but it's good to have a heads up on what to expect the first week of class. This will give us something to do over the next couple weeks besides memorizing the handbook.

Did anyone else get their reading assignments for the first 2 weeks of class?

Also, would anyone like to get together the 18th(Sunday) to review?
