i was assigned to do a pathophys report on the dx of spastic quariplegia. i am having a really had time finding information on this. would it be appropriate to do it on cerebral palsy and mention spastic quadriplegia? i have been googling for hours.... thanks guys!

spastic quadriplegia is inability to use and control movements of both arms and legs. another interchangable term is spastic paralysis
need to know what underlying diagnosis is as seen in cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, and rarely cva.
