Southwestern College ADN Fall 2017

Published

Hi everyone! I thought I'd start a whole new topic for those who applied to Southwestern's Fall 2017 cohort. This is the first time I've applied for a nursing program, so I am very excited and nervous of whats to come. I'm curious to see the amount of points you have totaled so I know what I'm up against. I totaled my points to be 74/75, so that may be low compared to some of you. I wish everyone luck and I hope to see you in August!

is anyone taking the dosage calc test next week? i got an email yesterday

Hmm, I haven't received any email about that

when was the earliest notification for last years?

Expect mid March much sister got hers the 12th.

I got accepted into SDSU!!

@thatperson congratulations!!!

I knew you would @thatperson

I got accepted into SDSU!!

Are you going to accept? That's a really good and hard program to get into what where you gpa and points there?

I want to but I just want to work already. I want the ADN. That is why i really want to know about the cross enrollment to sdsu. because i dont qualify for financial aid and sdsu would be about 20K for me and its longer. I thought we were gonna hear back

What are you referring to you? Have you been accepted to the program?

SDSU is very hard to get into you and it will still take you the same time as when you get you BSN you will be able to bridge better with SDSU I would think so. Honestly you need to see what your options are because if I was offered SDSU I would be getting on it, that's a very hard BSN program to get into.

As far a the cross enrollment its only 3 classes you get out of the way and you will continue at sdsu for 9 months.

it's for the lvn-and applicant. i'm assuming we'll know after

I concur with brandyP. If it were me, I'd accept SDSU in a heartbeat
