Southwestern College ADN Fall 2018 Cohort

Published

I just wanted to start a topic for this upcoming Southwestern ADN cohort (Fall 2018)! What are everyone's stats? (GPA, Teas, etc). I'm also applying at San Diego City, Palomar College, Grossmont and National University.

Did you guys just reply confirmed?

I just wrote back saying i am formally accepting my spot for the fall 2018 ADN cohort and then my name :)

To the email with the acceptance or did you make a new one?

How many alternates do you guys think they usually get?

I made a new one. I clicked on the email highlighted in the letter and it opened up a new email for me so i just did it that way.

Okay I did the same. Did they reply? Congratulations by the way! Totally looking forward to it

I think you should give them two more days. They received a lot of applications and they probably only have send the first acceptance letters wave yesterday.

I did the same thing. I wrote a small paragraph accepting the spot. I wonder if they will respond or not...

They haven't replied and they probably wont. I'm sure they have a high volume of emails coming their way right now. I might call just to 100% confirm they got my email lol but im sure they did. Congratulations to you guys as well! Looking forward to meeting everyone at orientation :)

I'm wondering the same thing...

Lol can you let me know what they say? So I can call tomorrow too

Somebody mentioned to me that it could be up to 15, but I'm not sure if that's true.

Here is what I have gathered from my friend who is currently in the program: There were 230 applicants, 60 selected with a 75 cutoff (meaning plus up to 15 alternates).

Unfortunately for us alternates we have no idea where on the list we fall.

Let's continue to keep each other updated :)
