Did anyone receive instructions on making a deposit yet?

No, not yet. I believe they will sent something in mid-August.

Has anyone received further instructions? I was told they would send out emails today but haven't received anything.

Unexpectedly, the instructions arrived via mail. I thought it was going to be an email, but no. It's an envelope full of SIUE instructions.

After trying to pay the deposit today, I was told they are having some issues with the page. They told me to try again tomorrow or Friday.

As far as classes this Fall/Spring before the program starts. I got an email saying we can only take 2 courses Nurs 606 - Leadership and Health Policy and Nurs 604 Evaluating Evidence for Improving Practice. I assume you guys are getting these emails as well but just in case, our deadline to signup for classes is 8/17.

I had to retrieve my old e-id and student # and then apply as an unclassified student, which takes a few days to get acceptance and then email to get signed up for classes. Just be aware it's a process.

Specializes in ICU/PACU.

I am waitlisted in the program. Did anyone from the waitlists heard from school?

Specializes in Trauma ICU.

Can anyone tell me when applications opened up on NursingCas for your class? looking to apply to the program starting in 2025 and I'm not sure when the applications open. I can't find it anywhere!

Super late but congrats! I am a VA RN that is looking into USAGPAN - I've had some difficulty navigating the process but was wondering if I could send a couple questions your way?

Thank you

Specializes in Neuro ICU, MICU/SICU.

Looking to apply here.

For current students how are you liking it?

Is the first and second semester all online? Are you required to be on campus those semesters?

Hello - looking to reach out to current students! How is your class schedule looking? Did you need to move near campus the first year? Are classes online or spread out during the entire week?

thank you!

We have 3 classes this Summer. N564 Chem amd Physics. Papa561 Biostats and Epidemiology and N609 Theory Guided Practice. Theory and biostats are online.  Chem is two nights a week. Tues and Thursday from 630-9. Most have moved to the area, but there are at least a handful still driving from an hour to 3.5 hours for class. Fall semester should be similar classes two days a week.

Thank you for the info! I am interviewing this Summer. Do you know if the interview style was heavy clinical style questions or more emotional intelligence?

Thank you in advance!

Congratulations and Good Luck.

More emotional intelligence, but I'd say 60/40.
