Anyone applying to SIUE CRNA program this year for a start of Spring 2021?!

Now that everyone has interviewed, what did you guys think?

Interesting for sure. I think it was well organized. I was expecting a lot of technical issues but there really was not. What did you think?

We had several technical issues during mine, but they were all handled fairly quickly. I didn’t think the questions were too bad, but I hate that I have no idea how I did. They definitely did a good job sticking to the script!

I don’t like the pod method. They really hone in on emotional intelligence. But I do agree...it’s hard to tell how I did since there is no social cues. Some interviewers didn’t even look at the screen LOL

Did they allow you guys to ask questions if you got done answering the question early?

Yes. I asked a few questions in the first couple of pods, but I had already gotten most of them answered in the Q & A, so I just left the chat room when I was done for the majority of them.

Yeah, some pods allowed it, others didn’t. Did anyone happen to ask when we should expect to hear back?

I didn’t ask, but I think it said in one of the emails that they would send out acceptance letters in early August.
