Anyone applying for spring 2018 for ASN

how is everyone's teas and gpa

im stressed

Thanks! I am going to apply to one other Spring 2018 program as well; they do not accept apps until next month. If I do not get accepted for Spring 2018 I will apply to other programs that start in Summer & Fall of 2018. I am not picky. If I'm accepted, regardless of where, I am a happy camper! Hopefully it's just us three who have turned in apps for SCTech... lol. Wishful thinking!

T-minus 15 days until the earliest we may receive letters!

So anxious! I've done some googling and I've seen some students at this school get letters and calls near October 15

Hope we don't have to wait that long

AHHH I'm super nervous. I didn't do too well on the teas. I made a 74.7 and my GPA is 3.3. Has anyone heard anything about the program?

For some reason I think our letters are going to come at the last minute. 3-4 weeks? Yeah, I'm betting on that 4th week last day. Lol

I run to the mailbox everyday even though its not within the time frame SMH. I hope its not October 15th - do you think maybe that was the LPN program. From what I could tell this is only their second year cohort for the ASN degree.

I think maybe you are right. It was lpn. I get scared to check the mail everyday haha

Did they say they would mail or email us as well?

They will send letters in the mail. Email would be too convenient you know they want us to wait as long as possible lol.

3.6 GPA

80 TEAS

I was in a different program and voluntarily withdrew 4 weeks ago. The program is being handled so poorly and there's was a ton of drama. I'm hoping this one is much better!

I hope so too! Glad you got out of there when you could! I have heard that the program was pretty good...

I have too!

my phone is being weird!!

yall do know that the SCTC program isn't accredited yet, correct? It's board approved, so we can still sit for NCLEX, but many colleges won't accept that RN for BSN and some

employers won't accept non-accredited RN programs either.

Currently, UWG said they would take the SCTC RN student for the BSN bridge because the program is still new, but that could change in the future.

I spoke with the director and she said they do have plans to get accredited in the future, but it likely won't happen before our cohort would graduate.
