Im wondering.. which hospitals in south florida hire LPN's? base pay?

My mom has been an LPN for about 12 yrs and she makes $23 an hour. She does mds care plan nursing in a nursing and rehab. Miami.

where I work, LPN's only are being hired in the ER, and on the floors the LPN's there are because they have been LPN's at the hospital before.

I know that Northwest Medical Center (441 Margate) does, and so does Holy Cross (11:00pm - 7:00am).
