SOS advice needed from agency nurses

So I had been a CNA at a nursing home for 5 years. Graduated nursing school went to LTACH for 2 years. Left for acute care hospital for 1 year. I will be out on maternity leave soon and thinking of going nursing home agency for the flexible schedule afterwards. Do you think this is possible having never been a nurse in a nursing home setting before?

I think it's ill-advised. You lack sufficient experience to be this autonomous.
